Quickrate© handles Discount Schedules by matching time ranges to discount percentages.  Time ranges are expressed using both hours and days.  As a result, both weekend and off-peak discounting can be handled in the same schedule.  By using varied percentages, tiered, or graduated, discount schedules can be created.
